Our 2017 Winter Reunion was jam packed with people, but it was also packed with fun for all ages! Relaxing and swimming in the pool, writing a quick note to Santa before he heads back to the North Pole in his sleigh, and, of course, visiting with old and new friends!
Fairmont Hot Springs Resort hosted a total of 505 people this year, which includes 70 Wish Families, a record high for the Montana Hope Project! The hot chocolate was flowing, as were giant hugs and smiles from our wish kids, their family members, and our coordinators and volunteers.
Tommy Comer, who will be forever known as Tommy the Train Builder within the Project, did not disappoint this year. He crafted a beautiful entrance to Santa’s Workshop inspired by this year’s theme, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
Powell County High School senior, Emmy Kunesh, created adorable reindeer gift bags we then filled with goodies for every Wish Family.
J.C. Denton was set up with his camera and equipment ready to take family photos for all who wanted one, and capturing this weekend’s special moments.
There are so many volunteers who go above and beyond our expectations every year, ensuring a magical weekend for all involved.
Thank you all for your continued involvement and support! We couldn’t do any of this without you!
Thank you, Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their elf for traveling all the way from the North Pole to be here!
