Our wish families gathered in beautiful Essex, MT at the Izaak Walton Inn for another successful summer reunion the first weekend of June. The theme this year was pirates and princesses and participants were encouraged to dress up for dinner on Saturday evening.
The weather was absolutely gorgeous, which made the boat rides on Lake McDonald and Cedar Woods hike even more enjoyable. The iconic Red Buses chauffeured all participants to and from events, and shared a wealth of information about them and Glacier National Park. Our “jammers” not only got us around safely, but made sure the rides were full of fun!
It was a beautiful, relaxing weekend, and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible generosity of our supporters!
We would like to extend a very special thank you to the Izaak Walton Inn and Glacier Haven Inn for their continued hospitality and support, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, motorcycle riders, Glacier Boat Tours, the Cut Bank Fire Department, Coram-West Glacier Fire Department, Red Jammer Buses, Dwayne with his semi-truck, Gerald and Thales for the horse-drawn carriage rides, J.C. Denton of J.C. Denton Photography for capturing these moments flawlessly with his photos, Glacier National Park, and, of course, the countless number of volunteers, who continue to support our organization and make events like these unforgettable!
We couldn’t do any of this without you!
